General Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer when purchasing goods through the online store www.pizzadigomma.eu.

The company is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, File No. 50548.
All prices stated in the online store are final prices including VAT and all legally required charges, unless stated otherwise.
The buyer may be a consumer or a business entity entering into a purchase contract with the seller.
2. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Contract
The offer of goods displayed on the website is not a proposal to conclude a purchase contract but only information about available goods.
The purchase contract is concluded when the buyer submits an order and the seller confirms the order.
The seller will send the buyer an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided in the order.
By submitting an order using a button indicating the obligation to pay, the buyer acknowledges that placing the order creates an obligation to pay for the order.
By concluding the purchase contract, the buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and agree with them.
The purchase contract is concluded in the language corresponding to the language version of the online store used by the buyer when placing the order.
3. Product Prices and Payment Terms
The prices of goods are stated including all legally required taxes and fees.
The shipping cost is displayed during the ordering process before the order is completed.
The buyer may pay the order price using the payment methods available during the ordering process.
The seller will issue a tax document (invoice), which will be sent electronically or included with the shipment.
4. Delivery of Goods
The seller ships goods mainly through the shipping companies Packeta, FedEx, UPS and their local delivery partners.
The delivery time depends on the destination country, selected shipping method and availability of the shipping service. The estimated delivery time and shipping cost are displayed before completing the order.
Delay or Loss of Shipment During Transport
The seller makes every effort to ensure the fastest possible delivery of ordered goods.
After the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, delays or loss of the shipment may occur due to reasons on the carrier’s side.
If the shipment is not delivered within the expected delivery period, the seller will initiate a shipment investigation with the carrier and inform the buyer about the progress of the investigation.
If the shipment cannot be located within a reasonable period, in particular within 7 days from the start of the investigation with the carrier, the seller will, after agreement with the buyer, send a replacement shipment or propose another solution.
The seller will provide the buyer with necessary assistance when resolving delivery problems.
5. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract by the Consumer
According to Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code, a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
The consumer may use the withdrawal form provided by the seller or send the withdrawal electronically to the seller’s contact e-mail address.

The consumer must return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days after withdrawing from the contract.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer.
The goods must be returned complete. The consumer is only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a way other than necessary to examine their nature and characteristics.
The seller will refund the consumer all received payments no later than 14 days after withdrawal from the contract. However, the seller is not obliged to refund the payment before receiving the goods back or before the consumer proves that the goods have been sent back.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified in Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code.
7. Complaints and Liability for Defects
The seller is responsible to the consumer that the goods correspond to the purchase contract and are free from defects upon receipt.
The consumer may exercise rights arising from defective performance if the goods do not correspond to the purchase contract.

The buyer should include a description of the defect and contact details with the returned goods.
The seller will provide the consumer with confirmation of the complaint and handle the complaint within the statutory period.
Complaints do not apply to defects caused by:
- improper use of the product,
- use contrary to instructions,
- mechanical damage caused by the buyer,
- normal wear and tear.
8. Product Safety
The product is intended as a training tool for practicing pizza acrobatics, pizza throwing and spinning techniques, and working with pizza dough.
The product is not a toy and is not intended for playing.
The product is not intended for consumption.
When using the product, safety instructions provided with the product must be followed and the product must only be used for its intended purpose.
Adult supervision is recommended when the product is used by children.
9. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

Customers’ personal data is processed for the purpose of concluding and performing purchase contracts, processing orders, delivering goods, communicating with customers, issuing accounting documents and fulfilling legal obligations.
The legal basis for processing is mainly the performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations of the seller.
Processed data may include identification and contact details and information related to the order.
Personal data may be provided to third parties providing services necessary for processing orders, especially carriers, payment service providers and accounting service providers.
Customers have the right to request access to their personal data, correction or deletion of data, restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
10. Cookies
The online store uses cookies to ensure proper website functionality and, where applicable, for analytical and marketing purposes.
The use of non-essential cookies is only possible based on the visitor’s consent provided through the cookie banner.
11. Alternative Dispute Resolution
If a consumer dispute arises between the seller and the consumer which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to:

12. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are effective from 14 July 2026.
The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions valid at the time of concluding the purchase contract always apply to a specific order.
