L‘affranchissement est toujours mentionné après avoir entré votre adresse dans le formulaire de commande. L’affranchissement fait de 5 à 16 euros.
Tous les envois sont généralement livrés au courrier le lendemain de votre commande. La durée de livraison varie d’un pays à l’autre et on peut la voir pendant sélection de transport à la fin de la commande. La durée de livraison se peut prolonger (pas plus long que quelques jours, avec DHL jusqu’à un jour de plus).
Veuillez porter une attention particulière à la saisie correcte du numéro de téléphone, y compris de son préfixe et de l’adresse e-mail. Après l’expédition de produit, vous recevrez un code de suivi et le messager vous contactera par téléphone avant la livraison. On peut suivir la commande tout au long du transport. Si le service de messagerie ne parvient pas chez le destinataire à domicile, il y aura deux autres essais de livraison, après quoi l’envoi est renvoyé à l’expéditeur.

Si vous faites partie de l’union européenne,et vous payez la TVA, faites le moi savoir. La TVA pour votre commande sera restituée sur votre compte.

These General Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to purchases in the e-shop www.Pizzadigomma.eu which is operated by Pizza di gomma s.r.o. The payer of VAT, VAT: CZ17898463  with the registered office at Jana Machytky 160, Nová Paka 50901.  The entrepreneurs are registered in Czech trade register.

All contractual relationships are concluded in accordance with the legal system of the Czech Republic. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he has read these Terms & Conditions and that he agrees with them.

If you are from the European Union and you are a VAT payer write me and I will refund the VAT to your account!

Price and Payments

The prices given in the e-shop www.pizzadigomma.eu are contractual, final, always up-to-date and valid for as long asthey are offered by the seller in the e-shop.

Return Policy
– If due to some reason you wish to return your goods, put them in a parcel and send them to our contact address: Petr Kotásek, Jana Machytky 160, Nová Paka 50901. Please accompany your goods with a note stating the reason why you wish to return the goods. The goods shall be assessed and your claim shall be settled as soon as possible.

Instruction on the Right to Return Goods within 14 Days:
The customer is entitled to return ordered goods within 14 days following accepting the goods. In this case the seller shall send the purchase price to the bank account of the buyer after the buyer has communicated the account details to the seller for this purpose. The returned goods shall not be damaged or show signs of wear.
